ASHGROVE   COTTAGE

We offer comfortable accommodation for short or long-term stays in Coleambally, located 60km south of Griffith, NSW. Our fully furnished four-bedroom, two-bathroom house- Ashgrove Cottage- is located on Jimmy Cull Rd,  just 1km from Coleambally township, making it ideal for contractors, backpackers, farm workers, and others.

 

Ashgrove Cottage features a spacious dining and lounge room with a smart TV, while the large timber kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, crockery, and other essential amenities. The house also features green lawns with automatic sprinklers, a reverse cycle air conditioner and heater, a washing machine, under cover parking for 3 cars, and WiFi.

For outdoor entertainment, there is an outdoor lounge and BBQ area. The main street, which includes a supermarket, chemist, doctor, pub, Chinese Restaurant, coffee shop, post office, and The Muddy Duck Restaurant and Tapas Bar, is just a short drive away.

• Room 1: Queen bed, spacious walk-in robe, and a luxurious ensuite with a relaxing spa bath.

• Room 2: King bed, built-in robe, chest of drawers, and bedside drawers for your convenience.

• Room 3: Perfect for friends/family; two single beds, a storage sideboard cupboard, and a bedside drawer.

• Room 4: Double bed, built-in robe, and two bedside drawers for your comfort.
