Farm to Fork Riverina Experience

Enjoy a welcome drink, beer, wine, sparkling wine or soft drink, while discovering how everyday foods begin on Australian farms.

Learn about wheat, pasta, bread, breakfast cereals, soy products, popcorn, corn chips, wraps and rice. Watch grain being milled into flour using a mini grain mill and sample products made from local grains including flatbread, pizza, pasta and polenta.

The tapas-style dining experience may include house-baked flatbread with local olives, polenta bites, Riverina-inspired tapas plates, durum wheat pasta and traditional rice pudding dessert.

Throughout the experience you'll hear the stories behind the ingredients, where they are grown and how they make their way from paddock to plate. Optional Experiences:
