About the event
Enjoy a welcome drink, beer, wine, sparkling wine or soft drink, while discovering how everyday foods begin on Australian farms.
Learn about wheat, pasta, bread, breakfast cereals, soy products, popcorn, corn chips, wraps and rice. Watch grain being milled into flour using a mini grain mill and sample products made from local grains including flatbread, pizza, pasta and polenta.

Throughout the experience you'll hear the stories behind the ingredients, where they are grown and how they make their way from paddock to plate. Optional Experiences:
Riverina Cocktail Tasting Plate for Two – Includes three tasting-sized Riverina-inspired cocktails and storytelling. Add a full-size Golden Bean Espresso Martini for $18 each.
Farm Discovery Experience – 45 minutes. Ideal for coach tours, conference groups and visitors with limited time.
Hands-On Workshops – Options include eco cleaning products, soy candle making, soap making and Sip & Create workshops.
