Our fully furnished four bedroom, two bathroom house Ashgrove Cottage is located on Jimmy Cull Rd, just 1km from Coleambally township, making it ideal for contractors, backpackers, farm workers and others.
Ashgrove Cottage features a spacious dining and lounge room with a smart TV, while the large timber kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, crockery and other essential amenities. The house also features green lawns with automatic sprinklers, a reverse cycle air conditioner and heater, a washing machine, under cover parking for 3 cars and WiFi.
For outdoor entertainment, there is an outdoor lounge and BBQ area. The main street, which includes a supermarket, chemist, doctor, pub, Chinese Restaurant, coffee shop, post office, and The Muddy Duck Restaurant and Tapas Bar, is just a short drive away.
