What’s in our Pantry?

Soybeans
Grown on our farm and packed with plant-based protein. Perfect for making creamy soy milk, tofu, soy bean baked snacks or adding to your favourite recipes.
1.2kg of soybeans can make approx. 10–14L of soy milk, saving you up to $20-50 compared to store-bought!
Soy Milk Recipe
Ingredients
1 Cup soybeans
4 Cups water
Optional salt, vanilla, sweetener
Method
1. Soak soybeans overnight
2. Add to soymilk maker or
3. Rinse, blend with water
4. Strain with nut milk bag
5. Simmer 15–20 mins.
6. Add flavours
7. Cool & store in fridge

Popping Corn
Locally grown and deliciously fresh. Makes the perfect guilt-free snack – pop it on the stove for that classic crunch!
Crunchy, healthy, and fun – this corn is grown in Coleambally’s rich soils and sunshine. Naturally gluten-free and non-gmo. Perfect for lunchboxes, parties, and movie nights.
Pop Corn Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 Cup popping corn
1–2 Tbsp oil
Salt or toppings
Method
1. Heat oil in pan, test with a few kernels
2. Add corn, cover and shake pan while popping
3. Remove when popping slows. 4. Add toppings

Durum Wheat
Hard durum wheat ideal for grinding into flour to make your own fresh pasta, pizza bases or bread.
Grown right here in Coleambally – this wheat could be the very same used in your favourite San Remo pasta!
Stone-grind or crush at home for fresh, nutritious flour.
Grinding Instructions
Thermomix
Blend 500g wheat 1 min on speed 10. Sift if needed
Food processor
Pulse small batches to flour texture
Home-made Pasta
Ingredients
2 cups durum wheat flour
1 Tbsp olive
3 Eggs
Oil
Salt
Method
1. Mix flour and eggs
2. Knead until smooth
3. Rest 30 mins. Roll out and cut
4. Cook in boiling water 2–3 mins

The Milk Maker Jug
Fresh alternate milk in 15 minutes
Say goodbye to preservatives and additives. Make your own fresh alternative milks at home using our grains, seeds or nuts.
Just add water and your ingredient of choice – soybeans, almonds, oats, etc. – and in just 15 minutes you’ll have warm, natural milk ready to enjoy.
